· Champion a culture of health, safety and regulatory compliance across all operational activities.

· Lead on complex customer cases, complaints and service escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

· Use performance data and insight to identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver continuous service improvements.

About you

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proactive leader who takes ownership, acts with integrity and responds positively to challenges while keeping customers at the centre of decision-making.

We are committed to ensuring you have the best career here at Sage. As well as regular support and guidance from your manager you can expect to receive a variety of learning and development opportunities to support you as you grow within our business.
